Our customer is a healthcare multinational company and its products are sold in pharmacies. Our customer needed to know how its products were being presented to the public by Portuguese pharmacies and what could be done in order to help pharmacies sell more of its products.

datafields was brought into the picture in order to develop a market research to evaluate these issues. We combined several of our solutions in order to gather the best information: we have done field research, desk research and mystery shopping. With the combination of our solutions and with extensive data analysis, we were able to provide market intelligence in order to help develop the marketing and training strategies for pharmacies selling our customer’s product.
